You certainly have some rust on the C-Mon and some spots on the other. Can’t tell from the pics if there is any pitting.

If you can, show us pictures. It’s the only way to tell what the nature of the damage is and how badly damaged the razor is. Are the blades rusted? Are the scales toast?
