Im in south east USA btw i had a razor shipped from italy a while back take about 2 weeks to get here. So i guess we will see how long it take germany, that is if i can find an inexpensive shipping...

Thanks. I mentioned multiple soaps it was just the williams that i finally got to lather.. I will continue to try the other soaps and more until i get it with all of them. I just hope the brush stops...

Okay just test lathered new williams and i think i broke it.. The no lather problem i mean. I was able to build a lather with the brush but it shed a lot of hairs !!!!! Oh well..

Thanks everyone for the replies..I should also add that i guess its just my technique because all the soaps i mention i can lather with another brush fine its just the shavemac i havent been able to...

I assumed it was me that was the problem concerning lather and the brush..i was just looking for advice and tips and tricks for getting these brushes to lather...thanks everyone for the assistance.

my previous brush wasnt a shavemac so yes i will have to alter which was what i was asking about. i was curious what techniques seem to work with shavemac and no the water is fine. thanks....

Well i havent gotten a good lather yet and the soaps were all things like stirling and southern witchcraft and cbl so they were all top notch artisan soaps.

Anyone else have problems getting this brush to lather soaps ? I have tried different soaps and amounts of waters but i just cant seem to get a lather with it.
