Yeah, what you call Canadian Bacon, we call Peameal Bacon.

I always get those Peameal bacon chubs so I can slice it myself.

I put it in the freezer for a few hours to semi freeze so it's easy to slice.

swmbo isn't fond of those packs of streaky bacon...
