The blade of the razor is engraved with the words "silver steel" which I understand is an old fashioned term for stainless steel?

How much for a NOS TI?
I've been offered what appears to be an old, NOS (it looks opened but unused and in its original box), stainless steel Thiers Issard Razor. Can anyone give me an idea of what I should be paying?
