I started at 8:00 am on this restore and at 12:00 noon it is finished and ready for the stones and strops.....
I put a little more into the blade finish on this one, usually I don't use power tools...

This is after about 1 hour of work around 400 grit
Most of the rust is gone and the razor is starting on it's way back to being useful
