I use the Pure Cerium powder, I use it on a 24 in...
I use the Pure Cerium powder, I use it on a 24 in Smooth Leather Bench strop, I apply it with neetsfoot oil as a carrier...
It can be used with Distilled Water and 1 drop of dish soap per ounce...
