    Those are most likely NOT the original scales, look at the pins in pic #1...

    The Standard Guide to Razors shows a Wilhelm...

    The Standard Guide to Razors shows a Wilhelm Wagner but the dates don't look right to me for that razor 1876-1890 that razor looks more like my Koch (Kama) which is way newer than 1890
