    I have honestly never stripped one of the AOS...

    I have honestly never stripped one of the AOS razors :shrug: I was thinking the Gold Etching.. sorry (good catch Dylan)

    Start lightly like the guys said with Flitz or Simichrome, and get rougher...

    I just finished taking the gold etch off a new Dovo an hour ago and had to drop to 320 grit greaseless on the buffers, to remove it all, then go back up to re-polish the steel..

    The Gold comes...
