As far as I know Friodur is trademark of J.A. Henkels, but that razor has no mention whatsoever of Henckels so...

I believe it's one of Le Grelot's brands.
However, the stamp on the tang doesn't look like it, so you may have a very different razor than the ones people are talking about.
