As I've written, trademark "Mikado" was used by E.F. Grell, by Jonh Watts from Sheffield, and as you can see by Koeller and Schmitz....

Micado is a model/brand/trade name.
Many companies can have the same.
According to your picture in the first post, the maker was Koeller and Schmitz.
