This razor was made by A.T. Jordan for A.J. Jordan.
A.T. Jordan used the trademark "Old Faithful", and he was in Sheffield.
And he was in business 1880 - (1919).

I never saw such patina on the stainless steel.
But, it's only my experience.
Maybe I'm wrong.
P.S. But according years of company work. I don't think, it's stainless steel. -

Note: stainless steel is used since 1913. -
