The 220 side had almost no stiction at all; the 325 had just a tiny bit more, but still noticeably less than the standard 325. Both work fine.

Nothing harder than diamonds! :) As others have said, go w/ a DMT plate--in the long run, it'll be much cheaper than buying wet-dry paper all the time. You also won't have the problem of errant...
