so far as stabilized wood doo us all a favor and buy it from a good source as the home brew stuff is shaky at best
K&G and WSSI are 2...

i am not at liberty to discuss any of those things

all but the ironwood is stabilized
some times i lie to put a CA finish on the handles and others the high satin finish jsut seems to look better

just wanted to add that i do coat all the insides...
