I have been able to get a decent shave every morning in about 15-20 min as long as the rest of my family doesn't burst into the bathroom while I am shaving. They have stopped doing that; I'm not sure...

It takes me about 15min or so now. I shave every day, and have been doing so for nine months. When I first started it probably took me 45min. And another 10 minutes to clean up the blood :)
