The Wilkinson Sword brushes are readily available in most mainstream supermarkets in the UK. I've used one in the past, haven't got one now though.

If truth be told there's probably not a lot to tell one from the other; apart from the size that is. I like them all but if I had to choose I'd say the Kent BK8 for creams and the Omega 48...
