I'm pretty sure an extra hollow is even more...
I'm pretty sure an extra hollow is even more hollow than a full hollow. I'm pretty sure the blade becomes thinner closer to the spine.

Most of the difference in feel that I've noticed...
Most of the difference in feel that I've noticed is in heft and flex. Hollow blades tend to flex more and have a lighter feel in the hand. They are also more likely to nick you if you are not...
