I thought it was quite a high price for a used strop, but had no idea what a horse hide strop would retail for new.

Think I'll stick with new and get the 3" latigo plus a practice strop. Thanks :)

I have been offered a used 2 1/2" Tony Miller Horeshide Strop with genuine linen backing. It is the old style, but the vendor assure me that it is in very good condition. He is asking $105 for it...
