That's quite likely - "zwillings" means both...
That's quite likely - "zwillings" means both 'twin' and the constellation of gemini (the twins) in German and was the original registered tradename, slightly pre-dating the bestowal of the company...

As far as Henckels chefs knives are concerned, the ones with a single man on them are the lower quality ones made in Spain by Henckels International.
