IIRC a 1/4 grind or wedge is achieved with one wheel. The profile of the bow looks like more than one wheel was used pushing it more towards a half hollow to my eyes but have a look at the Henckels...

Those W&B Bow razors are not a wedge. They are a very stiff ground hollow & the few I've seen all had the diamond point nose.
If the pile side looks as good as the side we can see it should hone...
