In my experience the Taurino and Doble Temple look exactly the same, except the etching... But no matter what (honed and finished on different hones) the Doble Temple is always smoother and gives me...

I got it in mediocre condition so I removed the blade, restored it on my buffer and cleaned up the scales. Peened it back and voila. :)
