The G10 is extremely stable and durable even at 0.060 or thinner. When I say flimsy I don't mean it to look like it's going to fall apart but just to thin for my personal taste. But 0.060 would work...

They are great people to deal with. I personally find 1/16 to flimsy looking and don't like it. But that's just me and a personal opinion. I like anything from 0.080 to 0.100 in finished width....
