If Bill lists it as seldom used, you can be sure it's true. So you're getting it shave-ready (usually an extra charge) for a couple of tens under the listing price. Definitely a good deal.

I don't see anything immoral about buying the piece from a person who's severing his ties to the community. It's sold at a decent price compared to retail and should be shave ready.
