I am looking at Spyderco now too...... have my eye on two vintage PUMA jr's...1970 and 1976 birthdates. I almost got crazy and sold off a couple razors and brushes to snag a CRK Sebenza.

I handled both a Benchmade 940 and 940-1 today at a local brick and mortar establishment today. So glad that I did before ordering a 940/940-2 online. I was not impressed. Back to the drawing board...

You MIGHT have swayed me away from a modern like the Benchmade BACK to a vintage PUMA again. I carried a PUMA Senior for years. You make a great case for a classic EDC.

Considering the Benchmade 940-2 that was recently unveiled. I have never owned a modern folder, always vintage PUMA and other vintage Sheffield and Solingen.

I am in the market for a new EDC knife. This thread is quite valuable for research!
