yeah, mine is about a 1/4" shorter. Still dont know if that's how it was made or not.

OK, got home and looked at mine. It's shorter. I think the end is sawed off. Anyone? blade itself measures 2 5/8 inches from tip to shoulder right under shank.

OK this is weird. I have a large W&B that I got from ebay but the blade seemed like it was really short. Like maybe someone had cut the toe end aff and reground it. But I ran across this on ebay...
