This is not entirely true. More online stores such are prehoning at least some of their razors, so as long as it notes that it was honed by the store and not just the factory you should be OK.

If price is the main issue then buying from a member here is probably your best bet. You should be able to get a shave ready razor for under $50 US.

Well clicking any of the adds on this site should lead you do online stores that will ship to you.(well the ebay adds might lead you to crap razors, but the individual sites should be fine)
