I think he meant Dovo strop. They work out pricey for the 3". Steve's own strops are beautiful, but it would be criminal to learn on one.

They tax gifts over a certain value too. The threshold's a little higher, but not much. I can cope with the duty. It's the handling charge that really get's my goat! :rant:
