I spoke with Laurie at Classicshaving this morning. They're sending me a new one today. They're going to file a claim with FedEx. Hopefully, this time they'll ship it some other way than FedEx .

Chipped Off!
It shortens the stone by about 1". The chip is about 1" lengthwise and about a 1/4" widthwise.
I called and left a message with Ray. I'm hoping he calls me back tomorrow. My first thoughts... -

I just received my new stone today from Ray at Classicshaving via FedEx. Needless to say, I was excited to receive the stone so that I can now start to begin practicing my honing skills. :D ...
