NO they are not. I do check to see if they are a member, which by the way they cannot sign up unless they are, and I am now checking the IP addresses of the winners and if they do have a shill...

If I am not mistaken you have to be a member to sign up I will double check with Dave. Plus, I double check to see if the winners are SRP members before sending out the prizes.
