    Prep face L'Occitane cedarwood soap
Razor Puma No.1938 full hollow 5/8
    Strop Kanayama cordovan #8000
    Brush Rooney heritage stubby 2
Mondial bergamot & neroli Italian soap
Alum & Thayers rose & aloe toner

My very first shave with the Puma a very nice razor and the specialized toe which they have the patent on really does work, a fine shave from a very fine razor.

Second day without a shave for me. Still suffering from a trapped nerve that has gone from bad to worse.
I can still enjoy looking at all the fabulous SOTD pics though. Keep posting, gentlemen.

    Thursday

Razor | Jernbolaget | Cream | Musgo Real Classic | After Shave | Musgo Real Spiced Citrus

This morning I reached for the Irisch Moose cream and then changed my mind, thinking “I need something stronger scented to wake me up”. The Musgo Real Classic is a nice scent for me. The Jernbolaget shaved very close this morning; almost perfect. The Musgo Real Spiced Citrus went well over the top. All in all a great shave, technique was really good.

The lunch time workout was excellent, 6 sets of bench presses, lat pulldowns, leg presses and leg curls supersetted with no rest between exercises, 2 minutes between sets. I went from sets of 10 reps to 8 to 6 or so. For leg presses it was 20 reps, 10 and 5, going as heavy as my aging tendons would allow.

A good day all in all, capped off by receiving my bottle of Myrosol Aqua de Limón in the mail. I initially wanted the Aqua de Limón to be stronger when I tried it tonight, but on second thought that would make me smell like dishwashing liquid. I think I’m happy with the softer lemon scent and the REALLY nice effect on the skin (I have REALLY oily skin and this is going to do it good) as I think I’ll add Ach Brito Lavanda over the top…

    Prep - None
    Soap - Palmolive shave stick
    Brush - Mugle XL synthetic
Brush - Neil Miller 3 inch Cordovan leather/English linen
Razor - Fredrick Reynolds heavy grind
    Post - Alum block
AS - Aqua Velva Ice Blue

Cold water face lathered shave. Every time I use the Palmolive shave stick I am amazed at how very good a soap it is. It could easily be my only soap and I would not feel cheated.
