Piyush, my friend, thank you for the kind words. Yes, this Harner is a sweetheart of a razor, and musical, with a relatively short blade at 7/8 and hollow, which I really like, and perfectly balanced. I have two 8/8 Henckels Friodur razors with worked spine, and while I love the 8/8 blade size, I dislike the length of the blade on these razors — my face isn't exactly a football field, you know? — and I am thinking of selling them. I have three custom razors — Max Sprecher, Robert Williams and this Butch Harner — and find them all perfect for my hands and face. All three are sweethearts.

You're kind, my friend. Thank you. In time, I plan on acquiring a seven-day set of custom razors, preferably 8/8, each razor from a different artisan, including Mastro Levi, Charlie Lewis and Ali's Blade. Brian Brown is next on my list. Good stuff.

Obie, I was thinking of having Bruno make a stubby 8/8 Kami for me when I can find the funds. I agree with you about short blades. I have several under 3" and they are easier to handle on my face. That, or incur the wrath of a lot of the members by having my longer razors all shortened to under 3"!lol
