Great shave this morning.

I used the Dovo 5/8, along with this Van Der Hagen "Deluxe" soap I picked up at Walgreen's. It was $2.46, so I had my doubts, but it lathered up really well. I had gotten up a little early, so I took my time and did three complete passes, stropping between each one(!)

I think it helped.

Great shave - no cuts / irritation.

Razors cut well, but I got the impression the growth was a bit much for them to slide effortlessly. I guess a bigger and heavier blade would have been more appropriate (but I wanted to test-shave with these). They did well ATG / XTG after I reduced / eliminated the growth in the first pass.

Looking for a Shaving Cream I can use when in a rush it was actually not bad the Brushes are not going any where though, Will try the Aveda to and see which one I like best.
