    7/19/15-
Very new to Straight Shaving. I've been gifted a Ralf Aust and won the razor I used today. Bought a Gold Monkey. So I'm pretty much set.

Today was my 4th shave with a Straight. 90% done with it. Only part I had to use the DE was on the curve of my chin. I'm waiting till I have a week in before I attempt it.

3 passes and have a BBS shave. This razor is very smooth and efficient. Dillon at www.fretzwerks.com did a great job referbishing this 1924-1935 Boker King Cutter with cactus and resin scales.

7/20/15 - 5th day Straight shaving. Only 10% of the shave done with DE. Tried WTG pass over the chin and all went well.
All I've got to learn is ATG on chin and touch ups with the straight.

Just taking my time and working in technique. No cuts or irritation.
