Thanked: 250---Wednesday---
Razor--Shumate.
Strop--SRD Premium 1 and Illinois 6454.
Soap--Van der Cream a soap concoction of VDH and Creamo.
Brush--VDH badger.
Aftershave--Witch hazel and a generous splash of Aqua-Velva Musk.
Result--4 pass bbs no nicks, cuts, or razor burn. I haven't shaved with this little razor for quite a while and it was good to touch my face with it again.

That's a unusual 14 the scales definitely don't belong to that razor, as they are off a second generation model, I recognize the tang stamp with the Imperial Eagle it's a very early first generation Filarmonica I would even put a question mark on the spine work, the scales should be plain black with a solid silver Filarmonica Lyra, I think it's lost it's etching and it could be a Especial, here's one of my first generation Filarmonica 14 Especial I sold to Richard.
