Today I shaved like a pirate.

Blackbeard, difficult to describe but has a sort of black cherry scent after an hour or so.
Blackbeard post shave balm and beard oil.
    Peachwood beard comb
Buffalo Strop and Herringbone cotton behind.

Razor, No name Extra Hollow Ground, Sheffield, One of four generously sent by Outback when I first started with a straight.

    Hoooo-Weeeee!

    Outstanding shave this early morning.

Decided on the exceptional “1776,” and I was not disappointed. (Fresh and green and with scent notes of Osmanthus, Benzoin, Labdanum, Grapefruit, Artemisia, Tarragon, Patchouli, Musk, Tonka Bean, Cedarwood).

The HS&B straight razor is still humming through the densest whiskers after a nice touch-up strop.

Love it when the head and face are crazy smooth and sticky after the shave.

    Crushing Wednesday.

    Straight: Hibbard, Spencer & Bartlett
DE: Carbon Shaving Cx316-L (head shave)
    Lather: Wholly Kaw “1776”
    Balm: Wholly Kaw “1776”
    Splash: Wholly Kaw “1776”
    Brush: Omega (synthetic)
    Bowl: Captains Choice (large)
