Best day to do it is after a weeks growth while on vacation.

Beard Oil, Sweet Smoke
Scuttle Custom from a friend.
Thing with thick growth is the weight and thickness of a chopper makes light work of it all.
2 pass pleasure, with and cross grain, just to use up the suds.
Not a fancy pic, or a fancy shaver, but still doing its job after almost 200 years.
