Oh, hot damn :p Leon, I just purchased a Semogue 2000 from VintageScent -with a 1305 to follow soon- Wanted to find someoen who had one to give me an opinion on them... I know I like boar, and I am ready to break it in, as long as that may take... I was just wondering, in your experience, how long does the break in take, and how much backbone does it retain post-breakin?
Sweet Filarmonica by the way, it's a beaut!

I LOVE my Livis. I'm thinking of buying another one.
All the blades in my rotation are outstanding, even my $5 Berg, if not I would have given them away to someone whom collects knives. I've done that a few times....
It is your money you are talking about, so you have to decide for yourself. For me it is more than just a shave.
