BTW how do u like the New forest brush, are the tips pretty soft compared to the Thaters, and how is the backbone, been thinking on popping on one :)

Also Im glad to see Ur in the Vintage Guerlain family, Habit Rouge is pretty awesome stuff isnt it. :)

Thanks Matt...but, I think using an instrument in an SOTD presumes that one knows how to use it...and in the case of the guitar, I can barely make out one end from the other :thinking:

NF brushes are great...not in the same league of the Shavemacs or Thaters, but good nonetheless. The tips of the Shavemac/Thaters are much much nicer and softer, IMO. But, for the money, you can't beat the NF. Great brush for a great price = great value.

HR is very very nice. I can still smell the vintage smell from the box it came in :)

Well after my first shave with the wacker, I thought I would take it back to the stone for a little refinement...The shave this morning was pretty decent but not as good as the first one. I blame it partly on the fact that the gf was in a hurry to leave this morning so I did not get a chance to give the razor a proper stropping session.
