Glad to hear everyone is OK Jeff. I love the furniture in the background. I've seen it before and never commented, but it is a nice piece:)
Very Nice SOTD! I now know the power of the Semogue 830, Thanks for continuing to fuel my AD's :tu

sharp,
That is one beautiful photo. The lighting is superb and sets the perfect mood.
I took my henckles 50 back to the hones after my last shave with it. Much better. It took 3 passes last time now im down to the 2-2 1/2 passes. Smooth. I also took a razor that a new member here sent me to hone. I offered to help him out. Ahh very nice. I think i have a decent routine for my hones. I will continue and see if the results continue.
Oh im starting to think that the boar are not a good choice for Uberlather.

Thank you:)
Congratulations on the continued honing success Rene! I haven't tried the boar with uberlather, but It does amazing things with soap IME.
Congratulations! Here's to much continued success!:beer1:
Thank you Glen and Bill. The honeing is coming along. Once i fight for the bevel the rest is not so bad. I hate the bevel! LOL!!
Bill im glad yours is working. Probably mine is still breaking in. The ST is great.
Ooouchhh Jeff...glad that everyone is OK, but I bet it threw you and wife in a loop for awhile.
I love that Henckels :beer1:. And that's a great analogy with the cars. Never thought of blades that way
...And he brings out the Scheön Burg to play with today. Great choice buddy :tu
Rene,
Congrats on your continued success with the hones:tu. You are becoming da man
Hey Lu,
Nice blade :nj. If you have experience, I would love to know how you'd compare the "Le Dressante" to other Cotis like "La Veinette" or "La Petite Blanche"?
Good morning friends.
I get up at 7 a.m. today and picked up the newspaper. There was some fu... white stuff at the cars. No, it wasn't "H" it was snow.
The shave:
soap: Calani Gentleman
brush: Muehle Silvertip
razor: Wade & Butcher
ASB: Florena
Have a nice day.
