- An excellent shave, once again. Face was in good shape having shaved with a straight yesterday, the Tuckaway rocks for me (as a DE), the long loft of the Semogue contributed to a fantastic face-lather application and the Ortigia lotion is protective yet not oily.
- Now that I do one day straight shaving and one day DE, my face suffers from much less irritation than before, I am enjoying the shaves even more and could not be happier. Plenty to learn, still, but that's the interesting part...
- I have to agree: nice scales, Béla.
Have a nice Sunday, folks.
And what a morning Bella. A Livi is a great way to start the day, my man.
Best of luck with your Martial Arts Training day Jeltz.

Razor:Taylor 6/8 Strop: Ambrose "corto" Spanish Horse (25/50) Brush:Semogue SOC Finest badger lather: Dr.Selby lavender luxury shaving cream Astringent: Thayer's Witch Hazel astringent EdT:Achiles Brito, Lavanda Comments:The Dr. Selby shaving cream from Uruguay is not as a cream than as a soap, it's a solid product that gives a thick creamy and perfumed lather, the SOC have found a great friend to give me an outstanding shave. The razor is one of my favs, but I don't know the brand exactly, the ebay seller (an antique store from Swansea in Wales ) told me that it was a Taylor, and the other razor I boght it was a "Taylor eye witness" but both razors were in boxes from a cutlery named "Taylor" in Birmingham, unfortunately my blue rescaled have not a brand in the blade.
