She's very coooooooool Michael.
Poor Mikael, LOOOOOOOL.
Agreed 100%
Nice going Teiste
Jeez Amund...Talk about buy one get one free, eh? That's a nice blade. Congrats buddy. Maybe I need to order one and hope they mix mine up ;-)
Andrej,
Love that blade man...She's just beautiful. Great scales too
Yeahhh, sure!!! And I bet you want to blame Michael for that, LOOOOOL?
Hmmmmm...That does sound enticing Monroe. What's the scent like?
Nice going Matt. RR XXX Rocks
Thanks buddy
Your comments and participation is more thank yous than I can hope for buddy.
PS: I do understand the frustrations of checked baggage and feel the pain of the consequences...Hang tight, the week's almost up and soon you'll be back home in the comfort of your straights.
I hear ya buddy, but still an incremental improvement. Every time I see an electric, it gives me goosebumps. These things pull hair from their root man. It's painful
Love that Kama of yours Glenn. Just beautiful
I gotta check the featured SOTD more often...I missed it, but a belated congrats Grant. We're all kids when it comes to this sport, LOL
PS: it's Max who does the selections (I think)
Congrats on a successful honing buddy
Love the theme Michael

I am loving the Japanese razors more all the time.
It's blood...no coffee!
Thursday
I’m posting this early for tomorrow’s shave. I need some cheering up, so tomorrow morning I’ll put on this LP and listen to ‘My Favorite Things’ during the shave and suffer in silence my wife’s banging fist on the bedroom wall. We all need to consider “Wild gees that fly with the moon on their wings” once in a while, don’t we?

Back from Mühle.
I spoke 90 minutes with both of the Mueller-brothers. Very interesting.
I bought the closed comb (left) and the beautiful brush.
In the right side you find the R41 in the same design.
It's just porn!

Have a good day.
Angel.
Wow Robert, congratulations. What a score
Not sure on the age of it. I have read that it was made by the same company that made Kropp razors. I'll try to get it in one of my pics soon., I really like it.
Very nice acquisitions Tom.

Wednesday
Thomas Turner & Co "Lancet Edge" - Culmak Soap - Simpson 57 - Alum - Blue Stratos AS
Attachment 78681
Today is my day off so I did a superficial restore on the Lancet Edge, honed it and shaved with it. I am reliably informed that the shape (wider at the toe than heal) is how they were made and it seemed to suit the contours of my face well. It took a lovely edge, I got a good HHT result straight off the stones and after stropping it was super. A satisfying, shave and the 1st of many with this razor.
One of my jobs today has been grocery shopping, buying ingredients for Somerset Pork which I shall cook this evening (pork & cider casserole) and ingredients for some rather indulgent cup cakes which my wife plans to make on the weekend. I am not sure she appreciates how much the ingredients cost but I take comfort that they will certainly cost less than $16 muffins!
early Wednesday, late Tuesday shave....

Strop: 0/0/0 (Neil Miller Linen / Imperial Horsehide leather / Imperial Cordovan leather) Überlather: Jack Black "Macademia/Soy" Shave Creme + D.R. Harris "Arlington" Shave Soap + Glycerin Toner: Thayer's Witch Hazel (Rose, no alcohol) Moisturizer: D.R. Harris After Shave Milk After Shave Splash: D.R. Harris "Arlington" AS Cologne: D.R. Harris "Arlington" EdT Results: This (rare) Bismarck, dressed in Ivory Micarta, is yet another one of those scores I was lucky enough to make from a memberhttp://badgerandblade.com/vb/images/...ys/001_wub.gif. She arrived the same day as the W&B I featured yesterday. She was shave ready, but reset the bevel with tape and took her through the same regimen as my W&B. She took an amazing edge in no time. Test hairs (courtesy of my wife...Thank you honey :)) barely had a chance to touch her edge before popping. This morning, I coupled her with the Arlington line of software and M&F brush. Another rewarding shave:y. Now, I am ready to face my students and torture them with a 3 hour lecture on Application of Advanced Molecular Techniques in Pathology. Uurrghhh!!! It's going to be a long day .

Please, Robert - go easy on them, I remember my Academic Days as the most beautiful time of my life - three hours of "Application of Advanced Molecular Techniques" sounds pretty "strong" (but, also, very interesting). As a matter of fact, I am interested in hearing you lecture :nj
