I don't care if you decide to use tweezers. You make good contributions. I think as long as you merely like straight razors as an option, it's good enough for me. :D

I like reading SOTD more for the products and accessories than the tools. If someone has an amazing shave with a particular brush or a particular soap I may think to myself...hmmm I need to try that. Now if someone says that they had an amazing shave with a particular razor, I would think that is great, but I certainly am not going to run out and by the same razor (my budget isnt that big lol)
There are a lot of common interests between straight and DE shavers in terms of prep and various wetshaving techniques, and I think you're a valued contributor here.
We won't be offended by SOTD posts about a DE. A least, I know I certainly won't be. Though you'll just have to live with the fact that on that particular day, you're not as cool as we are. ;)
Thats true, I didnt think about that one. Does that mean we get to put a kick me sign on his back as he is typing??? :DQuote:

Hummm is this SRP or DERP..:roflmao
I spend a little time with a DE as well. The neat thing about SOTD is people are talking about what they used and how they used it.
Well I am not quite skilled enough to get a perfect BBS with just a STR8. I just can not safely get certain angles on my neck left or right handed. I usually always clean up my problem areas with a DE.
I voted for straight edge because that's what I want to see, but I honestly don't care if you tell us you're using a DE or not. Perticipation is the key. I just like razzin' ya for it. :D

We might want a forum for shaves of a different kind..
