This time of year always gives me an excuse to bring out my Ireland football scarf, bought at Lansdowne Road, Dublin, at an Ireland-Nigeria friendly prior to the 2002 world cup. As a dual citizen of Ireland and Canada I'm a little biased, but I don't think you could ask for two better groups of supporters at a footie match than the Nigerians and the Irish. A great time was had by all. Throw in a gig at Whelan's pub by Blue Rodeo (one of my favourite Canadian bands) and it was one heck of a good weekend.
Have a great week, everyone!Last edited by Cangooner; 03-17-2013 at 01:31 PM.
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

The 17th:
May there always be work for your hands to do
May your purse always hold a coin or two;
May the sun always shine on your windowpane;
May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain;
May the hand of a friend always be near you;
May God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you. ...and may you have a Great Shave today!

A little something special for a birthday shave...
He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.

Arise, awake, and learn by approaching the exalted ones,
for that path is sharp as a razor’s edge, impassable,
