Interesting. I would rather see a cylindrical knob instead of a conical, but chances are I wouldn't buy it anyways... I've found most of those razors go for prices that are just way too much for me... a razor that is 1+ times my car's monthly payment (260$ - 350$) is just too much in my humble opinion :/
The most I've paid has been 80 bucks and while I do not regret it and acknowledge a more expensive razor *might* give a better shave (might not, half the job is done by the blade anyways) I just can't seem to fully understand this trend of ultra expensive razors.
I suppose if I had the money I wouldn't mind... so that might be an important factor hehe. Just as some guys here at work don't understand why I would throw 80$ on a razor instead of buying 10 packs of PrestoBarba and 60$ of beer xD
its all relative, like why would you spend money on a computer so you can talk on a forum when you can just write letters ad then you would never have spent money on shaving goods. just a thought, 80$ could be the payment on a car too! Tc
You only live [shave] once.

May-2018-update-from-janus-razors
I am fortunate to have met with the sole designer and Professional Engineer who is the owner and ramrod of this project.
We spoke mainly about what information is in the May update and then a pleasant conversation about wet shaving in general
He is employed full time and is doing the "Toggle" on his own time and money!:chapeau
Enjoy the read!

This may be a good time to contact him with your ideas on the subject?
yea ideas? Like not to charge 5-600 bucks for the thing.
Each new DE that comes out pushes the price envelope a little further. I'm waiting for the first $1000 DE.
I'm sure he'll sell a bunch at those prices and I'm not being facetious.
Bump for the weekend crowd
