Thread: What is it?

I have an old DE razor that is a Gillete tech look alike.
It has the three prongs with the center threaded for the handle with the comb guard.
It is silver (plate?) instead of the gold .
It has the ball end on the handle with the ball having horazontal lines instead of the knurlled ones like my older Gillette tech.
There are no markings anywhere on the razor.
Any ideas on who made it?
