Default are all DE razors adjustable?

I read the review on the Merkur 34 C, and it says that it is adjustable, but when I look at that model at an advertiser, it does not say that it is adjustable.

As with most adjustable double edge razors there is something that twists to change the angle of the blade, the bottom of the razor you mentioned seems to twist to just screw the head of the razor into the shaft.

I have a Merkur 23c which is decent as a 3 piece razor but is about an ounce lighter and a little bit longer

Actually I just picked up an adjustable after allot of shopping and it seems there are very few being made that are adjustable these days. I ended up getting a 1973 Gillette because I'm particularly picky and like the butterfly stile and only found 1 that is still being made Adjustable Butterfly and thats the Pricey Merkur Vision 2000. If there are others I'd love to know about them.

Gillette Slim Adjustable on the left, Gillette Superspeed (non-adjustable) on the right.

I have a Merkur 34C, or rather, my wife now has my 34C. It's a great razor, but it is not adjustable.
