Hey boys, I picked up an old Gillette Open Comb today at a local antique store. The patent number shows it as a 1927. The top piece looks like copper, and I don't know if it's gold plated or brass. The bottom of the handle is knurled as is the handle, and the bottom slips off. The handle is hollow. Anyway, my question is, how should I clean this thing up. I don't want to use anything too abrasive incase it is gold plated. Any suggestions? And yes, I am a noob!
