Thread: First shave with the R41

So I'm in Chicago who's week and couldn't pass up stopping in at my favorite B&M store. Picked up a Muehle R41 (I've been eyeing this and the Merkur slant for awhile), and some feathers.

I thought my Futur was aggressive on a 7 but this is a whole other level lol. I'd say this is the closest I've found to a straight as far as feel and results go.

Only one shave in and it may be my new favorite DE.

But you didn't say how much blood you donated

Ryan, thankfully there was no blood loss or burn I was overly (maybe appropriately) cautious after all the reading about this razor.

Haha, that's good to hear. So was I, truth be told, and that caution is what I attribute to my bloodless and irritation free shaves with the R41.
