Thread: ID help required

I need help in identifying this razor I bought from eBay.



It was advertised as a "7 o'clock open comb safety razor". The latter is obvious. However, I'm finding the claim about it being a "7'O'Clock" razor to be another eBay sellers wild guess. I'm guessing it's an "old type", and there's no serial number or letter to aid finding out its age.
