I purchased an EJ 89 razor a few months ago, and within a month the chrome began to fleck off the top piece. Last Friday, I sent an email to them, and per their request, sent a picture of the problem and described the shaving products being used. I received a response that a replacement piece was being airmailed to me at no charge. It arrived today, along with a sample of EJ shaving soap and 5 Derby blades. It is great to see a vendor support their product with such courtesy and dispatch.
They have a great reputation.

I don't think I'll have any issues, I have less chrome to worry about with the "ivory", and I also made sure to dry each piece separately after use.
Now that is old fashioned customer service not seen much these days. Kudos to EJ.
