Thanked: 23Kudos to Edwin Jagger!
I purchased an EJ 89 razor a few months ago, and within a month the chrome began to fleck off the top piece. Last Friday, I sent an email to them, and per their request, sent a picture of the problem and described the shaving products being used. I received a response that a replacement piece was being airmailed to me at no charge. It arrived today, along with a sample of EJ shaving soap and 5 Derby blades. It is great to see a vendor support their product with such courtesy and dispatch.

I got the same one today and loved the shave, my face is beyond soft!
OP: Out of curiosity, where did you order it from? It's good to know that Edwin Jagger stands behind their products. I got my 87 from Fendrihan, I wonder who I'd contact if I had an issue, Fendrihan or Edwin Jagger directly? I don't think I'll have any issues, I have less chrome to worry about with the "ivory", and I also made sure to dry each piece separately after use.
